Investments had already been made in content and visibility, but there was a need for a clear SEO strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We started with a <a href=\"https:\/\/onder.nl\/en\/services\/seo-audit\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/onder.nl\/diensten\/seo-audit\/\">SEO audit<\/a>, structured around three sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Keyword research:<\/strong> Which search terms are relevant to both professionals and consumers, and where do the opportunities lie?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical SEO: <\/strong>How can Google crawl and index the website more effectively?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Content:<\/strong> Which pages offer the most potential, and what do these pages need?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Analysis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We carried out a keyword analysis based on input from Wijzonol, supplemented with our own data. In addition, we analysed the technical foundation and assessed the key pages for on-page SEO factors such as structure, headings, keywords and internal links. Based on this, we drew up a prioritised content plan with specific areas for improvement. We presented the audit to the Wijzonol team on site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Three opportunities for growth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The analysis identified three opportunities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Colouring pages:<\/strong><br>Colours rank well for both informational and commercial search terms. With better structure and visual content, there is much to be gained here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Category pages:<\/strong><br>Pages relating to the paint categories have a high search volume but were still found only to a limited extent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Less emphasis on generic product search terms<\/strong><br>Google is increasingly featuring large online shops here. In a follow-up session, we discussed the progress made and answered any questions that had arisen along the way. The results were not long in coming. In the second half of 2025, the colouring pages saw a significant increase in clicks compared with the first half of the year.
